Each debit card transaction is an entry into the drawing for four (4) $100 winners. Business debit card transactions do not qualify. The drawing is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees, directors, officers, and their immediate families of Neighborhood National Bank Bank are not eligible. Must be a legal U.S. resident. There will be four $100 winners. Neighborhood National Bank’s decisions are final in all matters relating to this drawing. The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of debit card transactions by Neighborhood National Bank customers and entries received. The winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 from Neighborhood National Bank for the value of the prize. There is no charge for obtaining a Neighborhood National Bank debit card.
